Nick Kyrgios’ stocks have risen massively this season. Earlier this year, he clinched his maiden Grand Slam title at the Australian Open in men’s doubles. Partnering with compatriot, Thanasi Kokkinakis, the duo defeated fellow Australians Matthew Ebden and Max Purcell in straight sets to lift the title Down Under.

Apart from this, he has had a consistent run in singles. He reached the final of the Wimbledon Championships before going down fighting against Novak Djokovic in the summit clash. Recently, his upcoming schedule has been revealed.
Which tournaments will Nick Kyrgios play next?
The 27-year-old hasn’t played since his quarterfinal exit at the US Open. Subsequently, he missed the Laver Cup to spend time with his fiancee. However, Kyrgios has a packed schedule in the coming month.

The Australian star will play at the Rakuten Japan Open Tennis Championships. The ATP 500 tournament will commence on 3rd October. Later, he’ll travel to Switzerland to participate in the Swiss Indoors in Basel. Further, he will also be playing in the Rolex Paris Masters for the first time in his career.

Owing to his good form this year, Kyrgios has risen to the 20th spot on the ATP rankings chart. Although he has played in far fewer tournaments than other players, he has made it count every time he has stepped onto the court.

Can Kyrgios qualify for the ATP World Tour Finals?
The Australian star has an outside chance to make it to the World Tour Finals in Turin. In the singles race to the ATP Tour Finals, Kyrgios is in the 18 spot. However, a strong performance next month can propel him to the top 8. Currently, he is 920 points behind the eighth-placed Alexander Zverev.
