American tennis star Taylor Fritz is leading a great life nowadays. He got the sweet taste of success recently after beating Rafael Nadal for the Indian Wells trophy. On the professional front, that victory might have been one of his greatest achievements so far. Coming to his personal life, he is dating Instagram and TikTok star Morgan Riddle and the fans cannot get enough of their cuteness.

 Morgan Riddle talks about how she came to know about tennis through Taylor Fritz

In a recent episode of the Hold On To Your Racquets podcast hosted by Josefina Gurevich and Shravya Pant, Morgan opened up about her transition from a corporate job to a tennis girlfriend and social media star. She said that before meeting Fritz, she hardly knew anything about tennis.

She also said how she is from Minnesota and like her family and most people there, she is into hockey but had hardly any knowledge about swinging a racquet. So much so that she did not even have any idea about the triad of Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal and Novak Djokovic.

“I think the reason for me that I was so interested to bring it to a new audience is I didn’t know a thing about tennis until Taylor and I started dating. You know, before him and I met, I was like , ‘Does he play college tennis?’ What is the ATP? My whole family is a hockey family. Not a soul from Minnesota plays tennis. I didn’t lknow any of the Big-3,” she said.

Writing about the Big 3 is difficult because of the insane amount of records and achievements they have amassed during their careers and still continue to do so. Between the three of them, they have 61 Grands Slams. If you are wondering in simple terms, it would be akin to winning all the majors for over 15 years.

While Roger Federer and Novak Djokovic have 20 each to their name, Rafael Nadal is at 21. Neither the Serb nor the Spaniard seems to be close to retiring now and no one really knows where their dominance will end. Another whopping statistic will be how between the three of them they share 280 singles titles. Federer leads with 103 followed by Nadal and Djokovic at 91 and 86 respectively.

While Morgan may not have been aware of the big three when she first started dating Taylor Fritz. But, she is surely aware of the greatness of these three athletes and their immense contribution to the sport.
