A Croatian tennis legend recently talked about their careers. He lauded them for their achievements and stated that the two have created unbeatable records in their career.

Nikola Pilić also called Djokovic, the greatest player of all time in tennis. The former player lauded his current performance and highlighted his bouts against Carlos Alcaraz and Jannik Sinner to cement his point.

Nikola Pilić interviewed with Kurir, a daily tabloid newspaper in Belgrade, Serbia. He talked about the 24-time grand slam champion as he won his seventh ATP Finals title. Pilić has persistently called Novak Djokovic the GOAT. Moreover, he said that he will keep on chanting it as he continues to beat the best youngsters in tennis.

He also said, “Of the 20 or 21 tournaments Djokovic plays a year, five or six tournaments he plays in sixth gear, and when he plays like that, it doesn’t matter who’s on the other side. Djokovic has shown that he is still above Alcaraz and Sinner, primarily because of his mental strength and self-confidence.“

He further talked about the records he had created with Rafa and called them unbeatable. “I keep saying that there are two records that in my view of tennis are unattainable, namely Nadal’s 14 titles at Roland Garros and Novak’s 400 weeks in first place, which will be 410 until the Australian Open. Pilić couldn’t control his temper at the constant questioning and lashed out. The tennis world will continue to question his abilities as he goes on, but the Serbinator is not set to lose traction anytime soon.
