After his victory, Djokovic was asked about his involvement in making a true fashion statement. It was asked after his all-blue ensemble at a charity match last week. In his response, this Serbian tennis star made all of his fans laugh with a funny answer.

Previously in an interview, Djokovic spoke about giving extra importance to the color he wears at his matches. His recent all-blue outfit at the Australian Open’s charity match bugged not just his coach but another WTA player and his partner, Aryna Sabalenka. Now with a funny response, Djokovic adds humor to his fashion statement.

After winning against Mannarino, interviewer James Courier asked Djokovic by saying- “You were playing in a charity match last week. Someone asked you about your all blue ensemble. You even had a blue watch that matches.. very snappy. Your coach thought it was too blue.. how involved are you in this fashion statement you’re making?” 

Djokovic in his reply said- “Well I think the only piece of clothing that my coach minded and also Sabalenka minded were my socks. They both told me I have to change from blue to white socks. I’ve got blue socks in the bag just in case for kind of a fashion statement.”
