And the islands of the southeastern Europe country, Greece, have recently become a common getaway spot for some of the prominent figures in the tennis community. From the likes of the Polish tennis star,  Iga Swiatek to the power couple, Paula Badosa and Stefanos Tsitsipas, almost everyone has been vacationing on the exotic islands of Greece.

The Wimbledon finalist,  Novak Djokovic, on the other hand, has broken the ‘Greece vacay trend’ in the tennis circuit. After a hectic campaign at the British Slam, the Serbian tennis legend has picked up a different coastal location for his summer holidays. Let’s find out here.

Novak Djokovic has been vacationing at a stunning summer destination

The 36-year-old tennis legend recently came close to claiming the moniker of the ‘King of the Centre Court,’ during his remarkable run at the British Slam. However, the Serb’s plans to clinch the 8th Wimbledon title were shattered by the Spaniard, Carlos Alcaraz.

Now, after a lengthy and hectic campaign in London, the currently ranked world No. 2 player has decided to unwind in the coastal country, Montenegro. According to an exclusive report from blic.rs, Djokovic was sighted taking a ‘chill’ stroll by the sun-kissed beaches of Montenegro while wearing his yellow swimming shorts.

The reigning French Open champion also shared some heartlet moments with the other tourists and children who were there on the beach. During his vacation trip to the popular summer destination, the Serb was staying in a luxury complex in Herceg Novi.

With his recent trip to Montenegro, the ‘Djoker’ has made it clear that it is quite customary for him to travel following major tournaments.

After his remarkable triumph in the clay court major in Paris, the Serb traveled to the serene island of Sao Miguel, Azores, in Portugal. The reigning French Open champion was accompanied by his wife, Jelena as they “hiked a lot” on their adventurous trip to the wonderful islands of the country. Speaking about the same in a press conference, Djokovic said that it was a much-needed getaway in order to unwind prior to his participation in Wimbledon.
