Novak Djokovic is off on a vacation

After a turbulent past couple of weeks at Wimbledon, Djokovic is off to Croatia where he’s spending quality time with his family. Earlier today, his family pictures were circulated on social media, showing him enjoying the trip. It is a much-needed break for the Serb, given that he’s consistently played in the tournaments this year.

Djokovic has gone to Dubrovnik, a city in Croatia. It is a known vacation spot, boasting historic architecture and fronting the Adriatic Sea. In the pictures that went viral on social media, Djokovic and his eight-year-old were seen enjoying a lavish boat ride.

The break provides the Serb a chance to recover from his Wimbledon trauma. He lost the Wimbledon finals a few days back. The manner in which he lost was grueling as Djokovic gave his all but couldn’t overcome the challenge of Alcaraz. Moreover, the 36-year-old also broke down after the match, denoting what the defeat meant to him.
