Novak Djokovic won his 19th Grand Slam title last week at the Roland Garros. A few days later, the World No1 sold his ocean-front Miami house for $6 million, a place he’d bought for $5.77 million in 2019.
The Miami condominium is located at the Eighty Seven Park, an 18-story tall and 70 unit complex. The property enjoys a scenic view of the Miami beach. Renzo Piano, an Italian architect and the recipient of the Pritzker Prize, is the man behind the condo’s design, and the property spans over 2200 sq. ft. The house also includes a 1700 sq. ft. wraparound terrace.
Djokovic had initially listed the house for $7.15 million but eventually reportedly sold it for $6 million.
