One of the largest pickleball facility’s construction is about to get underway
The Stamford Town Center shopping mall is soon going to have a two-floor facility that will include a number of 28 pickleball courts for the athletes. According to an exclusive report from New York YIMBY, the lease negotiations involving the co-owners of the 80,000-square-foot space are almost wrapped up.

Pickleball America’s representative firm, Houlihan Lawrence has plans to reconstruct the shopping mall into a major venue. A number of lounges, lockers, and showers alongside courts of the paddle sport will be all part of the Stamford Town Center. Further, the authorities have plans and layouts to establish a pro pickleball league association.
It is reported that the vacant retail space is located at 140 Atlantic Street in Stamford, Connecticut. The revelation that Pickleball America intends to take over the two-floor facility has already delighted a slew of fans and athletes.

Another similar pickleball facility is to be established in Andre Agassi’s home city
According to an exclusive report, the Regional Pickleball Complex is planning to construct a massive facility that will have over 30 courts. The location has also been decided as the construction work will soon take place in the city of Las Vegas. It is the home city of the American tennis legend, Andre Agassi who was a part of the recently concluded Pickleball Slam.
The paddle sports venue will definitely enhance the popularity of the game in the sporting community. Apart from Agassi, other tennis players like John McEnroe recently picked up the pickleball racket for the highly anticipated tournament in the United States.
