In a recent video shared by ATP, 4 Times Grand Slam Champion uttered incidents and facts that did not include backhands or forehands but were revelations from his personal life. He surprised fans and the media by revealing his admiration for famous Popstar Shakira’s music and persona. The athlete’s unexpected passion for Shakira’s music not only humanized him in the eyes of his fans but also added a lighter touch to his public image.

Murray revealed that he often listens to Shakira’s songs and is quite fond of doing that. He mentioned, “Recently I’ve been listening to – not just after losses but I like the song anyway – Try Everything from Shakira, I like that song,”. Going deeper into his playlist, he added, “And then I’m going to add this as well, this is a song that I listen to kind of at all times, winning or losing. It’s by Gerry Cinnamon and it’s called Canter which is another go-to for me.”
