The entire arena erupted in applause for the World No. 1 as the spectators gave him a standing ovation. Throughout the match, the Serbinator enthusiastically made his support for the Crvena Zvezda known emphatically.
Every time the team scored, Novak Djokovic joined in on the fun, supporting his nation’s team throughout the course of the match. Sadly, the final result saw his team on the losing side. Crvena Zvezda fell to the Barcelona team 69-76 as the final whistle rang through the arena.

Additionally, Djokovic talked to a Russian news outlet present at the match. “I came with some friends from abroad. Pospisil says he has never seen anything like it,” Novak said. Then, when asked about his preparations for the upcoming season, the Serbinator refused to reveal much.
“Preparations have begun,” he said. “We are preparing. It is going well.” Hence, it is clear that Novak Djokovic is as good at remaining ambiguous as he is at tennis!
The 34-year-old had also been quite vague about his decision regarding playing in the 2022 Australian Open as well. However, all doubts and speculations have now been quelled as the Serbian has his name on the entry list for the first major tournament of next year.
