After leaving the tennis racquet for good in 2022, Roger Federer is happy to explore different realms that fall outside the spectrum of tennis. Born into the scenic landscapes of Switzerland, the player is now venturing into the domain of promoting tourism, but this time he’ll do it with the renowned comedian Trevor Noah. Covering the beautiful landscapes of Switzerland, the two are going to give their fans a picturesque surprise.

Federer has given various genres a try after his retirement. Be it meeting the renowned K-pop group BlackPink or participating as a model in an art exhibition in Venice. This time, however, he is hitting the track to see the serene beauty of his country.

The landscapes of Switzerland are a dream destination for almost everyone in the world. To add to the popularity of the country, Roger Federer has taken an innovative ride to explore the country.

A documentary film starring Roger Federer and renowned American host and comedian, Trevor Noah, is set to feature on YouTube. The two personalities will give their fans a scenic train tour of the country. “The Ride of a Lifetime- The Grand Train Tour of Switzerland” will be available on YouTube on 30th March.

The move is to promote Swiss tourism, and Federer seems to be quite proud of it. He shared the news with his fans through an Instagram post stating, “Ready for this, @trevornoah? Coming very soon.” 

Incidentally, American comedian Trevor Noah is half-Swiss because of his father, who has Swiss-German ancestry. In a paid partnership with My Switzerland, Federer has taken the initiative to promote tourism in his country.

Even when Federer was recovering from his injury last year, he took the chance to explore his country. While his fans were waiting for his comeback, Federer took it easy and roamed around to explore Switzerland.

A true nature lover at heart, Federer once praised Switzerland for having good people, beautiful lakes, mountains, and rivers. Despite being able to visit multiple countries around the world, Federer has always loved home. The ability to just open a window and take a deep breath of fresh hair is enough for him to consider his country special.
