Jannik Sinner, the Italian sensation, has offered his insights about the rivalries in sport. While highlighting Carlos Alcaraz’s talent, he restricted from declaring himself as Alcaraz’s main rival. Instead, Sinner pointed to the impressive achievements of Alcaraz, including multiple stints as the world’s number-one player. Rather, he suggested that, at the moment, the biggest rivalry in tennis is between Alcaraz and Novak Djokovic.

While commenting on this, he also said that he wishes to concentrate on himself. Not only this, Sinner also said that he feels that he has the ability to be the best someday but at the moment, it is the top 2 in the ATP rankings who battle it out for the best in the business.

“At the moment it’s tough to talk about my rivalry with Carlos bc I feel he has won so many things at the moment. At the moment he’s still a better player, no? He has shown this. He was world #1 already a couple of times. I think at the moment, the biggest rivalry is between him & Novak. At the moment I’m very focused on myself bc I have to improve also physically,” said Sinner while highlighting the main rivalry in tennis at the moment.
