Away from tennis, the Swiss star is currently enjoying some quality time with family as he was recently spotted in the lush beauty of Vietnam. Despite enjoying some quality family time, he did not miss a chance to make his fan’s day. On the morning of April 30, local businessman Le Dac Lam had the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to meet Roger Federer at a resort near the center of Hoi An.

Lam, eager to express his admiration for Federer, arranged to send him a lacquer painting featuring a picturesque Vietnamese village scene as a token of appreciation. Despite Federer’s busy schedule and him spending some quality time with family on vacation, Lam’s acquaintances successfully facilitated the meeting.

After presenting the Swiss great with the painting, he also got the chance to click photos with the Swiss sensation. However, it was Federer’s charisma that took him by surprise. He described his meeting as a “very friendly and elegant” one. Federer, known for his sportsmanship both on and off the court, warmly greeted Lam and other guests at the resort. He willingly posed for photos, displaying his bright smile and extending handshakes to everyone present.

However, Lam ensured that the meeting was brief, respecting Federer’s privacy and desire to enjoy his vacation. Thus, Roger Federer got one of the most pleasant surprises from a fan while enjoying some quality time with his family in Vietnam. While he has been off the court for long now, his fans never miss a chance to follow the star. Following his retirement, the Swiss star has managed to enjoy some quality time with his family. Months before his Vietnam trip, he made a small family trip to Thailand.

The Swiss legend event took to his social media to post some pictures of the trip where he was seen enjoying a ‘Tuk-Tuk’ ride with family and enjoying the beauty that the place has to offer. “Fast and furious, Tuk-Tuk edition,” wrote Federer who shared a glimpse of how his taxi was chasing a win against his parents’.

While the whole world is watching the elites in action on the court, Roger Federer has made it clear that he wants to enjoy some quality time with his family and make sure it is worth his while.
