The evidence of the same was provided when a recent clip of the two players went viral where Federer played a fantastic point. The culmination led to a great achievement for the Swiss Maestro and a sad day for the Djoker. As fans became aware of the moment, many rushed in to claim Federer as the GOAT of tennis.

One user claimed that Federer will always be the greatest for them, followed by Djokovic, but not Rafael Nadal.

The debate was further supported by another fan who claimed that he [Roger Federer] will always the best player in history.

While tennis followers have shared their thoughts about Federer being the GOAT, Federer’s compatriot snubbed him to pick the Djoker as the GOAT of tennis.

During a recent interview with Marca, the 38-year-old Swiss tennis star discussed the tennis GOAT controversy and picked Djokovic. He stated that Novak Djokovic has demonstrated everything required to be the best among all of them. In terms of pure results and victories, Wawrinka believes Djokovic is ahead of the other two ‘Big 3’ players.
