Kyrgios recently furthered his reach in Grand Slams by entering the finals of Wimbledon for the first time in his career.

In the case of his personal life, he has managed to find a person who is there to support him at all times. Speaking of which, the Aussie recently opened up about his girlfriend and how it feels to have her around during tournaments.

While in an interview with Prakash Amritraj after the opening round victory at the Canadian Masters, Kyrgios spoke about how introducing Costeen Hatzi to new places is one of his biggest relishes. He said, “definitely, it’s pretty special that I get to show her the world. I get to show her all the cool things for the first time, which is amazing.”

Thereafter he added, “She supports me she understands. Sometimes it’s tough. You know last week we didn’t have all the time in the world to go explore, so she is learning, I think as well, but she does so much for me.”

“I don’t want you taking about her too much.” Kyrgios chucked and said, “But she’s awesome, she is hilarious. She makes me laugh all the time.”

After getting the better of the Argentine professional Sebastian Baez, the Aussie star is gearing up to meet the reigning US Open champion Daniil Medvedev. He will lock horns with the Russian for a spot in the last 16 in Montreal.
