Tennis, known for its unpredictable nature, saw Taylor Fritz suffer a hard-fought loss at the tournament. However, the fans were clearly not happy with the way that he performed in the match against the Argentinean. One fan took to Twitter to say that Taylor Fritz, despite being number 5 once, lost against Diego. This signifies the weaknesses that the young era has.

“Fritz was the world number five in the Novak Djokovic era. If that doesn’t explain how weak this era is, I don’t know what will. In 2009, Del Potro was the world number five and he won a slam. I wish Federer and Nadal had it this easy,” wrote the fan.
