Fans slam Stefanos Tsitsipas for his tweet

With a playful and candid tweet, Stefanos Tsitsipas endeared himself to his followers, evoking smiles with his relatable take on everyday experiences. In a witty remark, he humorously reminisced about the excitement of acquiring a new car, with the newfound delight of avoiding an immediate gas light after refueling.

At a moment when pundits questioned his performance on the court, fans also did not leave him as they were in full swing.

Soon after Tsitsipas came up with the tweet, the fans were soon on the front seat and ready to go all in. One fan took to Twitter and said, “You own a Tesla you f***ing idiot.” This tweet resembles the disagreement of the fan with Tsitsipas’ words.

Another fan did not shy away from mentioning his thought. Bro is rich,” said the user indicating that he might not be facing the same problems as he is rich than the average person.

In another tweet that followed, one fan said that he should act like a multimillionaire and act like one. You are a multimillionaire act like it”

The slamming did not end. One fan went too far and said that he used to follow Tsitsipas a lot but in recent days, his support for the star seems to have faded away. Moreover, he mentioned that his tweet was one perfect reason to not support him anymore.

“Every now and then, I wonder how did I go from supporting Tsitsipas in 2018-21 to rooting for his opponent most of the time and if it was harsh of me to do so. But the moment this guy tweets, I realize that there’s a perfectly valid reason for it”

One fan commented that despite having millions in his bank account, he still wants to act like he does not have enough. He must stop pretending it.

The banter does not seem to have stopped there. “One fan said Just paid $63 to fill up my SUV. Rode the gas light longer than I should have. This was a clear indication of troll that the user marked on the Greek player

Another fan wrote that with the kind of tweets that he does, he would become a walking meme material. “Why is Tsitsipas tweeting like a walking meme”

Last, but not least, one user advised Tsitsipas to shut his mouth and not claim such words. “shut the fuck up” wrote the user who did seem to slam Tsitsipas for his tweet.

Thus, the intention with which Stefanos Tsitsipas thought of making a light mood among his fans and readers failed miserably. Not only did the fans disapprove of his statements but also slammed the Greek player for being someone who he certainly is not.
