Despite its conclusion at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, fans have been relishing exciting tennis news throughout this season. From friendly banter to big announcements, to one too many wholesome clicks; Serena Williams has been reigning the off-court shenanigans, alongside daughter Olympia. However, seeking inspiration from the duo’s partnership, French International recently shared his a glimpse of his deadly duo.

As the Olympic games played out in Tokyo, Serena and Olympia were taking the internet by storm back home. Often, the mother-daughter combo took to social media to share their matching outfits, Disney-themed parties, and even on-court paring. However, Serena isn’t the only Tennis parent cum mentor. Joining the club is also Novak Djokovic who is often seen giving some imperative coaching to his toddler. Similarly, following in the footsteps of the two, tennis star Jo-Wilfried Tsonga too was recently training his future athlete.

Following in the footsteps of the American duo, senior Tsonga took to the court to train his 4-year-old junior. Standing on the other side of the net, he tossed one too many balls, mentoring his son on the forehand. Recording the wholesome moment, Tsonga can be heard applauding the toddler’s effort.

Twitter fans were in awe of the father-son duo as they showered them with heartfelt responses.

Some fans were so ecstatic, the video left them spellbound. Hence, they used memes to share their contentment watching the French team.

However, amidst all these sweet tooth responses, one clearly stands out. Pointing out the obvious, a user reassured tennis fans of the bright future ahead, courtesy of the hierarchy in the sport. Dreamy and ahead of its time, but surely, if true, enthralling future games are already guaranteed.

Serena Williams following ‘King Richard’

Earlier this year, Serena Williams opted out of the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, choosing to spend time with her family back home. Hence, in her time off, she has been flooding her Instagram with footage of her training with daughter Olympia, as the two have fun on the court.

Safe to say, she is following in the footsteps of her father, Richard Williams, who trained both Serena and her sister Venus Williams, since the age of five. Revealing the same, American entertainment company, Warner Bros. recently announced the release of Richard’s biopic, titled, ‘King Richard’
