The 20-time Grand Slam achiever, Rafael Nadal is presently in his recovery phase after suffering from a left foot injury. The Spaniard withdrew from this year’s Wimbledon Championships and US Open. Recently, Nadal was spotted playing his second favorite sport, Golf. On several occasions, Nadal has mentioned his passion for the sport.

After the video surfed on Twitter, most fans appreciated the skills of Nadal’s golf shots. However, few people advised Rafal Nadal to stick to tennis.

Fans react to Nadal’s golf shot

It’s no secret that Rafael Nadal loves playing golf in his free time. Moreover, the former World No.1 has even participated in professional golf tournaments across the world. Recently, a video went viral of Rafael Nadal hitting a graceful golf shot. Though the Spaniard is a fantastic left-handed tennis player, on the golf course he is right-handed.

Many tennis fans across the globe reacted to this video of Nadal hitting an unorthodox golf shot. The golf shot resembled a lot to this doublehanded backhand on the tennis courts. Most of the fans were amazed to witness this exclusive talent of Nadal, while some suggested him to concentrate only on tennis.

Rafael Nadal is a big fan of Tiger Woods

Rafael Nadal has confessed that he’s a huge fan of Tiger Woods and admires him a lot. He even claimed that he follows Woods in every tournament he plays in. Moreover, both the players are very close friends. At US Open 2019, Tiger Woods specially came to cheer for Rafael Nadal in his fourth-round match against Marin Cilic.

Moreover, in 2020, Nadal participated in the Balearic Golf Championships, a 54-hole golf tournament hosted in Spain. He came in an outstanding sixth place at the end of the tournament.
