This time, it delayed the final between Taylor Fritz and Tommy Paul.

Rain delays are some of the most common reasons a match is postponed. Fritz was struck with it as the final of the Delray Beach Open rolled around. He was set to face Tommy Paul, but nature decided that the match would be held at a later time. For now, he can’t do anything besides taking a break to relax with his girlfriend, Morgan Riddle, also known as the most famous woman in men’s tennis.

Riddle recently shared a video on her Instagram with the caption, “match day 😤”. Riddle first showed a video of Taylor Swift’s song and then panned to her boyfriend, who was lying next to her. She uploaded another video where she showed the rain storm, which showed no signs of calming down. She accompanied it with a caption, “(probably not though)”.

Before the rain came and washed away the sunshine, Riddle and Fritz were enjoying their time in Delray Beach. She shared a picture of the American player competing in the tournament as she lapped up her day.

As she did so, her Instagram story provided a window into the immense fun she had.

Along with the pictures of the court, which was being dominated by Taylor Fritz, Riddle also wrote a caption that said, “The whole stadium just started smelling like smelly fish and ocean.” Despite the unsavory smell, she and the rest of the audience in the stands enjoyed the match.
