Tennis matches throughout the year are often delayed. Rain is one of the major causes of most delays, and players in the US have had to deal with it once again. The Delray Beach Open is held in February in Florida. It often rains in the state, and the downpour has delayed a match yet again. This time, it delayed the final between Taylor Fritz and Tommy Paul.

As Fritz waits for his final clash to roll around, he rests along with his girlfriend. The two are watching their favorite pop singer, Taylor Swift, as Morgan Riddle recently shared a video of them on her social media page.

Rain delays are some of the most common reasons a match is postponed. Fritz was struck with it as the final of the Delray Beach Open rolled around. He was set to face Tommy Paul, but nature decided that the match would be held at a later time. For now, he can’t do anything besides taking a break to relax with his girlfriend, Morgan Riddle, also known as the most famous woman in men’s tennis.

Riddle recently shared a video on her Instagram with the caption, “match day 😤”. Riddle first showed a video of Taylor Swift’s song and then panned to her boyfriend, who was lying next to her. She uploaded another video where she showed the rain storm, which showed no signs of calming down. She accompanied it with a caption, “(probably not though)”.

Taylor Fritz secured his spot in the finals of the Delray Beach Open, providing the spectators with high-quality entertainment. While Fritz engaged in an incredible confrontation on the court against Marcos Giron, his girlfriend, Morgan Riddle headed to the stands to savor the scene. As she did so, her Instagram story provided a window into the immense fun she had.

Along with the pictures of the court, which was being dominated by Taylor Fritz, Riddle also wrote a caption that said, “The whole stadium just started smelling like smelly fish and ocean.” Despite the unsavory smell, she and the rest of the audience in the stands enjoyed the match. Now, the rain has come in and poured water on their plans.
