In light of this, Riddle and Fritz believe that the new tennis documentary “Break Point” on Netflix will play a huge role in popularizing the sport in their country. The former world No. 8 player is also a part of the documentary series as he has been featured in one of the episodes, depicting his journey on the court.

Taylor Fritz and his girlfriend believe that the tennis documentary can hugely contribute to their mission of popularizing tennis in the United States. She said that they have a lot of super big popular sports like MLB, and NFL. But she added, “tennis is just not up there in terms of a fan base in the US compared to those.”

Riddle went on to say that it’s kind of fun to help her tennis star boyfriend on his mission there. She added, “We’ve really created a partnership and a team and so I’m hoping the Netflix documentary will just bring tennis to a new audience.”

Fritz talked about his stellar journey in the tennis documentary

The former world No. 8 player has opened up about his incredible tennis journey including his Indian Wells triumph. In the previous season, Fritz outclassed some of the top players on the ATP tour in order to clinch the title. Notably, in “Break Point”,  he talked about his triumph in his home state tournament.

He has further claimed to be the best American player on the ATP tour right now considering his achievements and rankings. Apart from that, Fritz has also detailed Morgan Riddle’s incredible support as she has often accompanied him on the tour.
