Fans argue about Novak Djokovic’s previous season’s ban from Australia
When the Serbian tennis player arrived in Australia in 2022, pandemic guidelines imposed by the government were strict and rigid. The Australian authorities banned unvaccinated foreign travelers. Consequently, Djokovic’s visa was canceled and it further led to his deportation.
The whole drama and all the updates related to it was something that was closely followed by tennis fans. However, they were recently reminded about the same when one of the fans shared Djokovic’s previous season’s announcement of the Australian Open. The fan captioned the post, “On this day 1 year ago the greatest tennis related drama has begun.”
