20-time Grand Slam winner Novak Djokovic is having a rough year without a doubt. After getting deported from Australia, his career took a U-turn. Also, he lost his no.1 ranking to Daniil Medvedev post his performance at the Dubai Open.

However, he got his no.1 ranking back due to Daniil’s disappointing performances in the tournaments that followed. The Serbian star also parted ways with his long-term coach, Marian Vajda, and is on the look-out for a new coach. Despite all this, he’s still one of the most popular players around the world and fans admire him immensely across the globe.

He has to take a look at the tournament rule to get an entry and with mandates getting changed according to the status of the pandemic, there will be uncertainty for Djokovic going forward. Also, he’s lacking match practice, which could cost him at the French Open.

Before Paris, Djokovic will play the Monte-Carlo Masters as it will be a great clay-court practice event for the Serbian. After Monte-Carlo, he will play in Belgrade at the Serbian Open, which is also played on the red turf. If things go his way, he could also potentially play at Wimbledon. However, his participation in the US Open is still pretty unclear due to the vaccine mandate present there.
