The tournament co-founded by the Swiss tennis legend, Roger Federer, has often excited a slew of fans. It also features two of the greatest tennis players in the history of the sport, Bjorn Borg and John McEnroe. During the Laver Cup, the tennis community once again gets to witness the ATP legends compete against each other as the captains of Team World and Team Europe.

Their fierce rivalry has always caught the attention of many in the sporting realm, including the 20 singles Grand Slam champion. Talking about it, Federer recently expressed his admiration for both former tennis players.

An announcement regarding the tickets has been been made by the officials. The tickets for the Laver Cup go on sale on Friday. A number of fans will get to witness one of the greatest rivalries in the game’s history as they will compete against each of their respective teams.

Team Europe has 4 victories in their bag under Borg’s captaincy and mentorship.

The previous season’s Laver Cup was the first time when McEnroe’s side defeated Team Europe. Now that the tournament has become so volatile, a lot of people are excited about it. Even the co-founder, Roger Federer, is in awe of both the captains, Borg and McEnroe.
