Frances Tiafoe, America’s rising star on the ATP Tour, took the trophy home at the first grass-court tournament of the year, at the BOSS Open in Stuttgart. He won his third ATP title, boosting him into the top 10. Everyone, including the 25-year-old tennis star’s girlfriend and many of his supporters, poured in their wishes for him. Despite their joy, the indifference shown by a particular broadcaster got on their nerves.

The world’s tenth-ranked tennis player won his third career championship at the BOSS Open. However, many tennis fans missed out on the moment since the victory was not broadcasted. It caused a stir in the tennis community, as there was a lot of criticism for the Tennis Channel, a popular American broadcaster, for not airing his finals.

Fans are not happy with the Tennis Channel, not broadcasting Tiafoe’s winning moment

The 25-year-old tennis player took on Jan-Lennard Struff in the thrilling Stuttgart Open finals. It was quite a heavy-hitting encounter at the ATP 250 event that lasted 2 hours and 12 minutes. However, tennis fans are not happy that the finals were not aired by a well-known broadcasting company.

A tennis enthusiast took to his Twitter account to share her views with his followers. The fan wrote, “Would’ve been AMAZING if Tennis Channel could actually be broadcasting a career milestone moment for Frances Tiafoe as he picks up his 3rd career ATP title and books a spot into the world’s TOP TEN for the first time. But I suppose that’s not entertaining enough.”

A lot of fans slammed the broadcaster for airing Pickleball and not a tennis match.

Further, they blasted the channel for the ridiculous behavior.

On the other hand, some pointed out the Tennis Channel, commented on the accusations regarding tennis gaining less popularity in the US.

Others questioned the reason behind not broadcasting such a career milestone moment for Tiafoe.

In addition, a fan also figured out that they broadcasted the WTA Finals of the BOSS Open, but left out the men’s final.

Not only that, but a fan also joked about who would have carelessly missed the ATP finals.

With his amazing victory, he also astonished Serena Williams’ former coach, for his amazing Stuttgart Open run.

He also lauded the 25-year-old tennis sensation, referring to him as a magician and an amazing athlete. Along with that, he expressed his high hopes for the current set of American tennis players competing on the ATP tour.
