The true-crime docuseries, ‘Curious Case of Natalia Grace’ has already taken the internet by storm after its release on the online streaming platform. The controversial story of the Barnett family’s adoption of an adult Ukrainian orphan, Natalia Grace has been portrayed in the three-part docuseries. A few months after the adoption, the parents accused her of pretending to be a 6-year-old with the intent to harm the family.
However, Grace has now finally opened up about her side of the story while she has addressed all those allegations made against her. Taking note of the surprising revelations in the web series, the American tennis player, Taylor Fritz’s girlfriend, Morgan Riddle has been left infuriated on her social media.

Now, Natalia Grace has finally opened up about her side of the story as she has now denied all those baseless allegations in the all-new two-hour documentary. Many prominent figures including Taylor Fritz’s girlfriend, Morgan Riddle have also reacted to the crime docuseries.
On her Instagram story, Riddle vented her frustrations upon finding out about the true story of Grace and how she was treated by her adoptive parents especially, Michael. While sharing a screenshot of the web series, she stated, “ive never had someone make me more uncomfortable in my life than michael barnett this man needs an exorcism”

In 2010, Michael Barnett and Kristine Barnett adopted an adult Ukrainian orphan while they thought of her as a 6-year-old girl. The Indiana couple had no idea that Natalia Grace had a form of dwarfism called spondyloepiphyseal dysplasia, which is a rare bone disorder. However, the adoptive parents later became suspicious that she was not actually a child as she showed some physical signs of being an adult.

They further made some serious allegations against her while claiming that she tried to masquerade as a child with the intent to harm the family. Grace was accused of attempting to poison Kristine and push her husband into an electric fence.
When they eventually realized she was not a toddler, the Indiana couple changed her legal age changed from 6 to 22. They further flew to Canada while they left their adopted daughter behind in an apartment. However, the former couple was later charged with abandoning Grace in Lafayette, Indiana.
