Daniil Medvedev is at the top of his game currently. The Russian is putting on consistent performances tournament after tournament. Although he lost the summit clash at the Australian Open 2022 in a dramatic fashion, the 26-year-old would be proud of his campaign, in which he went against a spirited Rafael Nadal in a five-setter thriller.

However, Medvedev’s moment to cherish came at the US Open last season. He defeated World Number 1 Novak Djokovic in the summit clash to win his maiden Grand Slam title. Additionally, he stopped Djokovic’s juggernaut by preventing him from winning all four major titles in a calendar year.
