But now, leaving the past behind, he is attempting to make things better in time for the year’s last Grand Slam event, the US Open. Well, that’s not it! While he prepares to reveal his fiery side on the court, he recently had an endearing moment on the tennis courts with his wife, Jelena.

Although Jelena has remained a constant in Djokovic’s journey in professional tennis, she has rarely picked up a racket herself. Now, that streak seems to have come to an end.

The number-two-ranked tennis player was last seen in action in 2023 at SW19, where he faced an unexpected defeat. Following his defeat, the 36-year-old Serbian tennis star took some time off and enjoyed a family vacation in Croatia. Now, he has returned to the courts in a bid to prepare for the hard court swing. He is currently training in Montenegro ahead of the Cincinnati Masters.

During one of his practice sessions, the Serbian tennis player enjoyed a sweet moment with his wife, as they both displayed their talent on the tennis court. Djokovic was recently spotted with his wife Jelena on the court at a luxurious resort in Montenegro. Jelena took to her Instagram account to share a picture of them from their practice that has instantly taken the internet by storm.

In those pictures, they were adorably looking like doubles partners, as Jelena stepped up to prove her tennis skills.

Nevertheless, this is not the first time he has been spotted playing tennis with his wife or his family. A few years ago, the world no.2 was seen cherishing some athletic movement with his wife and his adorable son, Stefan.

When Djokovic enjoyed a perfect practice session with his wife and kid 

Back in 2021, when the 36-year-old was ready to participate in the Monte Carlo Masters, he enjoyed an amazing playing session with his wife Jelena, and son Stephen. The International Tennis Federation posted a video of the Serbian star family’s practice session.

In that video, Djokovic, who is based in Monte Carlo with his family, was seen hitting some tennis shots with his son. His wife, on the other hand, took over as his sparring partner and made him run around the court. Such moments prove that even after spending a lot of time on the ATP Tour, the 23-time Grand Slam champion always takes some time out to cherish his precious moments with his family.
