The Spanish tennis legend, Rafael Nadal, with his incredible performance, defeated the British tennis player Jack Draper in four sets to start his Australian Open title defense. However, during the first-round match, the world No. 2 suffered considerable body cramps after a hard-fought victory. It is further very much evident in his second-round match, as Nadal went out of the Rod Laver Arena for a medical time-out.
The 22-time singles Grand Slam champion, with his injury woes, has been struggling and grimacing in his second-round match against the American, Mackenzie McDonald. Unsurprisingly, it is a heartbreaking scene for his wife, Maria Francisca Perello, who is also there in the stands. She further needed consoling after she got extremely disheartened after seeing her husband grimacing and suffering in his match.

Rafael Nadal, who picked up body cramps in his first-round match, has now suffered another injury. The 22-time singles Grand Slam champion is finding it hard to continue even with a medical time-out.
It was also being discussed in his box that he might pull out from the match because of his injury woes. However, the Spaniard decided to continue even after going down in the first two sets of the match. Seeing him grimacing and suffering has upset his fans, and especially his wife, who was there in the stands during the match.
