VIDEO: When a Blushing Roger Federer Felt ‘Incredibly Sexy’ at the Wimbledon Press Conference

Over the years, Roger Federer has time and again proved why he deserves to be called one of the greatest of all time. With all the records and accolades in place, the Swiss grace has been one of the biggest names in the entire sporting world. However, apart from his skills with a racquet, the 40-year-old is often complimented for his mild-mannered and polite personality.

Going down the memory lane, the former World No. 1 isn’t new to compliments. However, in 2018, a compliment during the pre-Wimbledon press conference left the 20-time Grand Slam champion red-faced.

Winning the 2017 Wimbledon, Roger Federer came in as the defending champion in 2018.During the press conference, he was questioned on various topics. Two of which being the return of Serena Williams to Wimbledon, and his 2008 final with Nadal.

However, the serious press conference turned around when a female reported complimented Federer’s looks. The compliment not only invited laughs from the fellow journalists, but also left Federer blushing. However, known for having a fun side, Federer took the compliment in the most exciting way.

Interrupting the reporter in between the questions, Federer said, “I feel great now.”

Adding a pinch more of humor, Federer further admitted that he is feeling ‘incredibly sexy’, leaving the entire media room in splits.

Even though Federer didn’t win the title in 2018, he made sure to give his fans the best game till the time he played, i.e. quarterfinals. Taking a 4-year jump to 2022, Federer is raring to make a comeback later this year at the Swiss Indoors Basel and the Laver Cup.
