After winning the match, a spectator even offered Nick Kyrgios a sip of their beer! Kyrgios cheekily smiled and took a sip before moving on to more autographs for the crowd. In his post-match interview, Kyrgios even appreciated the crowd for getting behind him and supporting him.

This was quite apparent, as the crowd in the arena cheered every single time Kyrgios won a game, hit an ace, or won a point. Obviously, Kyrgios was grateful to the audience for their vocal support in his comeback match.

Clearly, Nick Kyrgios is enjoying being at the Australian Open. However, things won’t be as breezy for him in the next round, where he’ll face Medvedev. The top seed at the Australian Open is now the clear favorite to win it all, after reigning champion Novak Djokovic‘s exit from the country.
