Serbian tennis star Novak Djokovic has expressed his concern about the kind of reception he might get in Australia. The 35-year-old stirred the tennis circuit last year, when he traveled to Australia unvaccinated. As the travel guidelines didn’t allow unvaccinated entrants in Australia, he was deported from the country.
Djokovic’s absence from the opening Slam event caused a huge controversy. While Djokovic fans called out the Australian government, the people of Australia largely condemned Djokovic for his anti-vaccine stand. Now that his ban is lifted and Djokovic will participate at Melbourne. Meanwhile, the Australian Open boss has come up with a strict warning for Djokovic haters before the tournament.

Before the start of the Australian Open, it was clear that some fans in Australia are going not going to be on same page. And might target the Serbian ace, Novak Djokovic. However, after what last year’s contention, Australian Open boss Craig Tiley has a strict warning for the haters. According to the reports from Dailymail.com, Tiley said, “If they disrupt the enjoyment of anyone else – boom, they are out. We don’t want them on site. They can stay away or we will kick them out.”
Earlier, the Serbian tennis star had expressed his concern over the expected hostile behavior from the Aussie crowd. While Tennis Australia has already issued a strict warning, it will be interesting to see if it works.

After losing the first set, Djokovic was on the verge of losing the match in the second set. However, the 35-year-old came up with a masterclass to register a brilliant come-from-behind win. Though the match included a few tense and nervy moments. At one point, Djokovic yelled at his own support staff to leave the stadium.
