‘What an Absolute Ar** Clown’ – Andy Murray Humiliates Liam Broady in a Hilarious Twitter Banter

3-time Grand Slam champion, Andy Murray is probably the most active tennis player on social media, especially on Twitter. In terms of engaging in banter with fans and fellow players, Andy has been showing his sarcastic and humorous side quite often.
Particularly, he didn’t show any mercy towards his fellow countryman, Liam Broady. They have had plenty of banters in the past. Recently, Andy again made fun of Broady after the 28-year-old tried to get him back for a previous joke.

A few days back, Broady tweeted about missing his luggage in Lisbon and blamed Paris airport for the mishap. Murray then retweeted that and said,Nobody cares mate.

As Murray is getting ready for the Madrid Open, he traveled to the capital of Spain. However, this time he lost his bag along with all of his rackets. Then, he sent out a tweet, as he wrote, “@Iberia what number or email should passengers use to contact for missing baggage? I need my tennis rackets back.”

This time, Broady didn’t miss the opportunity and retweeted the exact same thing. He wrote, “Nobody cares mate.”

Later, Andy revealed that he got his bags along with the rackets. Moreover, Tennis.com’s official Twitter handle shared a clown pic of Liam Broady and the 2-time Wimbledon winner took a solid dig at his fellow Brit.

At first, he tweeted that picture with a hilarious caption, and wrote, “brilliant what an absolute ar** clown… @Liambroady properly mugged him off #clown.”

Later, he replied, “The best thing about that photo is that the clown face isn’t even the worst part of it! That shirt is absolutely rotten.. Madness.”

Notably, this is not the first time they engaged in a Twitter battle. Previously, they also had a debate over the toughest sport in the world.

Murray to make his clay-court return at the Madrid Open

A few weeks back, Murray received a wild card for the Madrid Open. Interestingly, he accepted that, even though he talked about skipping the clay-court season to prepare well for the Wimbledon. Amidst many controversies, he will be available in the main draw to compete. Notably, Murray won this tournament two times before in 2008 and 2015.
