The shock of his parents’ divorce left Marcos stunned with emotions he never experienced before, mainly because of the consistent happiness in his family.

After the separation, Marcos continuously went through a difficult situation wherein he had to accept a new reality of splitting his time between his parents. While his tennis training and rehabilitation already made his schedule quite occupied, he decided to move forward with his tennis career, with his parents escaping the spotlight eye and focusing on rebuilding their lives.
