On Wednesday, the 20YO Danish star Holger Rune revealed that he is going to reunite with the Frenchman for another stint replacing Becker and Luthi who guided him during the indoor season and the AO respectively. Shortly, after this announcement Rune was showered with all sorts of trolling surrounding the frequent changes in his coaching team. But this time, Mouratoglou came to rescue the Dane with an epic reply to a hater’s comment.
Patrick Mouratoglou has coached Rune from October 2022 to August 2023. In this short span, the 53YO coach helped him win a couple of trophies including his first ATP Masters 1000 title at the 2022 Paris Masters (defeating five Top 5 players in a row.)
