However, a few days ago, the former world No. 1 announced his retirement. And yesterday, he bid adieu to this great sport by playing his final match at the Laver Cup 2022. Since then, people from all over the world have sent tributes through messages and videos. Earlier, Tom Brady, Lindsey Vonn, Mikaela Shiffrin, Jack Nicklaus, and others gave a fitting tribute to Federer in the form of a video.

Today, ATP Tour uploaded a video to their YouTube channel featuring a handful of well-known celebrities and athletes from around the world. Tom Brady, Lindsey Vonn, Mikaela Shiffrin, Jack Nicklaus, and others were seen paying tribute to Federer.

At the start of the video, one could notice Tom Brady, the 7-time Super Bowl champion congratulating the mighty Federer by saying, “Roger, congratulations on an incredible career. You were dominant over a long period of time, and it was a pleasure to watch you play.

Federer lost his final ever professional tennis match

Federer lost the final professional match of his tennis career yesterday with Rafael Nadal at Laver Cup 2022. Jack Sock and Frances Tiafoe of Team World defeated the Federer-Rafa (Team Europe) duo with a score of 4-6, 7-6 (2), 11-9.
