Rafael Nadal is back on the ATP circuit! However, more than him, his son seemed to steal the spotlight in the ATP Masters 1000 event. Returning to his favorite clay court, Nadal impressed his fans with a victory. Amidst all the hype surrounding Rafa, his son’s adorable reaction became the showstopper of the match.

One reliable tennis source recently shared an image of Rafael Nadal’s son on their X (formerly Twitter). In this photo, Nadal’s son was adorably watching his father on the court at the Madrid Open tournament this season. Not just that, but fans spotted Nadal’s son sitting on his mother’s lap and smiling at his father from the gallery. Sharing this image, We Are Tennis captioned  the image- “The perfect photo doesn’t ex-“.

Many sources captured this heartwarming moment as they couldn’t resist the infant’s cuteness. Another reliable tennis source shared another glimpse of this moment, where fans spotted Nadal’s son holding a flower and carefully witnessing his father’s brilliance on the court. The Tennis Letter captioned the image- “Rafa Jr watching his dad have zero mercy on a clay court.”

Soon after these photos were shared on social media, the whole tennis fraternity came forward to share their feelings. In this list, fans spotted veteran coach and former tennis player Boris Becker’s adorable reaction. Becker retweeted the moment between Nadal and his son and commented- “So adorable Rafa Jr.”

While the majority of the tennis fans were delighted to watch Nadal on the court after such a long time. Simultaneously, his son equally charmed the viewers with his adorable expressions throughout the game.

Moreover, in another instance, while Nadal’s family were out and about in town, the cameras were focused on Junior Rafa.

Before facing off against Darwin Blanch at Madrid, this legendary ATP star chose to spend some time with wife Francisca Perello and their son. An account on X shared a clip of this heartwarming moment. In this clip, Rafa was spotted holding his son and adorably placing kisses on his son’s cheeks. Nadal’s son was also spotted with a miniature racquet that excited fans with a hope to see junior Nadal on the court soon. Nevertheless, it was a treat for fans to witness the happy Nadal family.

Rafael Nadal’s return to ATP during the clay swing is a clear statement- he wants to show who the real boss is on clay courts. However, his performance received an extra boost with Junior Rafa supporting him.  Rest assured, we will see more of Rafa’s son in the upcoming tournaments. Till then, Nadal fans have to wait with bated breath.
