John McEnroe was infamous during his prime for being a player who had many outbursts on the court. Some of his most famous moments are his screaming or fighting with officials. His persona off the court was not much different as he was the same brash young man. But he sobered up quite a bit over the years and became a calm personality.

Fans think that he has not retained his angry personality, but they are wrong. The ‘Superbrat’ had an outburst in the current pickleball slam, much to the entertainment of the fans watching.

The Pickleball Slam 2 has McEnroe teaming up with James Blake and Maria Sharapova to face off against Andre Agassi, Steffi Graf, and Jack Sock. McEnroe lost the first bout with Blake, and now Sharapova is teaming up with Bake to give them a lead. However, the highlight of the show became McEnroe’s outburst as it grasped fans.

One fan said that while it was great fun to watch McEnroe play and argue, he just needs to rest and take a breather.

One fan believed that McEnroe seemed too old for the paddle sport.

McEnroe makes the audience laugh with his outburst

John McEnroe showed his former rageful state in the first Pickleball Slam held in April 2023. He faced Andre Agassi in their singles clash and won a point as he moved up to the net. He served by Agassi stopped the point, saying that the referee had not finished calling the score. McEnroe, in reply, screamed, “She called it man!!“.

Fans in the stadium laughed as they saw McEnroe rage. He then walked to the ref to say that he just won the point that Agassi had tried to stop, which put him above the Punisher. He thanked her and walked back to the baseline for the next point, giving fans a spectacle in the sport. Now, he gave fans another.
