Boris Becker, the former German tennis star, has found one critic who is against his release from prison. The German had made large-scale unlawful money transfers after declaring bankruptcy in 2017. The three-time Wimbledon winner is charged with concealing several medals and trophies from bankruptcy trustees.
The most recent allegations state that Becker concealed the All England Club trophy that he won in Wimbledon’s men’s singles championship in 1985. In a special podcast, the wife of the German footballer, Mats Hummels, shared a strong message about the disgraced German tennis ace.

Boris Becker finds a new critic in his native country
Cathy Hummels voiced her ideas in a unique podcast with comic Matze Knop. She, in the podcast ‘Shitstorms’ criticized Boris Becker directly and unapologetically. In the podcast, Cathy said, “Sorry that wasn’t okay. He fooled people, he ruined them. You have to sit down. I’m super serious about that…” (Google Translated). A few days after being deported, the German made an appearance in front of the cameras. In an exclusive TV interview, he talked about his time behind bars. Fans were horrified to read about his sufferings during his captivity.

Cathy further added, “It’s a crime what he did. And that’s why it’s justified that he has to serve it. He cheated and screwed many people”. Numerous fans and tennis players were delighted to see Becker out of the prison.
Hummels further clarified in the podcast, “That’s just not right. Then you have to go to jail, just like anyone else if they did that.” Despite Cathy Hummels’ strong opinions, numerous tennis fans and his friends were overjoyed to see him released from prison.

During the tennis legend’s confinement in a British jail, Becker revealed that a prisoner attempted to kill him. John had murdered two people. According to Becker, John threatened to have the German sexually assaulted on one occasion because he didn’t like the German’s friendship with African American prisoners.
