Recently, Tiafoe was invited to play in the NBA All-Star Celebrity Game, an annual exhibition basketball game by the National Basketball Association. The game features a mix of former NBA and WNBA players, athletes from other sports, and celebrities from the entertainment world. He took to posting the proud moment on his Instagram where his co-tennis stars teased him in the comments.

Tiafoe became the third tennis player to ever play in the game. He is following in the footsteps of Milos Raonic and Eugenie Bouchard. The 2023 NBA All-Star Celebrity Game was held in Salt Lake City, Utah, and Tiafoe’s introduction to the crowd was done by actor Ben Affleck.

Posting a photo dump from his time at the game, Tiafoe showed his gratefulness to NBA and the commissioner Adam Silver.
