When it comes to tennis, one simply cannot forget the legend of Steffi Graf. The American international, during her time as a professional player, was a pure force to be dealt with as she caused havoc on the courts. With 22 Grand Slams to her name, she made history and etched her name into the history books. Celebrating her beautiful career, Andre Agassi, her husband, recently took fans down the nostalgia road.

In a recent post shared on his Instagram account, Agassi had nothing but love and respect for his wife and her wonderful career. Reacting to this, the fans showed their immense love and respect for Steffi Graf.

Andre Agassi, in a recent Instagram post, shared a wonderful moment of Steffi’s career where she was seen lifting the Wimbledon title. Celebrating one of the highlights of her career, the fans also joined him as they have nothing but love and respect for the former American player.

One user came in and wrote, “Absolute Legend,” which highlighted the incredible career that Steffi had as a player. The comment was followed by a heart emoji which showed love and respect for her.

Another user took to the comments section and told about her story when she used to go down and pray for Graf to win. They further went ahead to mention that she was a role model for every girl in her school. “Every match I used to go down to our building compound and pray for Steffi’s win then my mom used to call me after she won and then I used to watch the repeat telecast. She was a role model for every girl in my school,” wrote the fan.

This user came in and showed her love for the 22-time Grand Slam winner. She, in her comment, mentioned that Steffi was an absolute legend of the game and a perfect human being. “She is a legend of all time and a remarkable example of a human being! ❤️,” wrote the fan.

One fan went ahead and said that he was privileged to have watched Graf play at the grass courts. He also went ahead to mention that she was one of the finest players in the women’s circuit. “Best tennis player ever on the women’s circuit. Ever. So privileged to have seen her live at Wimbledon,” wrote the fan.

Another user came and said that Steffi was a combination of three attributes. “Greatest with grace, beauty and power in one,” they said, showcasing respect towards the American player.

Just as the comments section was flooding, yet another fan came in and said that Graf had been her favorite player of all time. However, not to forget that she even congratulated Agassi for the fact that he has Graf as his wife. “Loved her then and now. @agassi you are a lucky guy,” wrote the fan.

Last but not least, this fan came in and complimented Steffi Graf by saying that she is the queen of tennis. “She’s the best athlete and person! The Queen of Tennis.❤️” wrote the fan while filling the comments section with gratitude and respect.

Thus, the recent post by Andre Agassi was nothing but pure respect for the heroics done by his wife Steffi Graf on the tennis courts. As the tennis world saw the incredible rise of Graf, she went ahead to shatter every record and create a league of her own. Out of all the wonders that she did in tennis, she also managed to lay her hands on the golden slam in tennis, a feat only a few have been able to reach in the game.

Graf reveals how she felt when she won the Golden Slam in tennis

Steffi Graf was relatively new to the game when she stunned everyone and completed her prestigious Golden Slam in tennis. Being 19 years old, she reflected on how special it was for her. She also went ahead to mention that at such a young age, she was able to lay her hands on her first ever slam while also winning 4 slams the same year and then going ahead to win the gold medal at the Olympics in Seoul.

“Extremely special. I think I didn’t realize at that point how specially really it was. I was 19 years old and, you know, winning my first Grand Slam the year before, and the suddenly winning four in the same year and topping it off with going to Seoul and winning the gold medal,” Graf said.

Graf’s journey has been nothing short of sensational. From being a newbie in tennis to winning her golden slam, she made sure that she left a lasting impact on the game. Not only did she get huge support from her fans but her husband, Andre Agassi was also always behind her back to support her and motivate her.
