Reacting to this, Andy Murray said, “83 minutes for a 7-6 set is nothing Jose come on! come back to me when they hit 85 minutes for a set.” While Jose tried to pull Murray’s leg for playing marathon sets over the years, Murray gave back in style with a witty dig at WTA players.

This is not the first time someone has mentioned Andy Murray for his marathon encounters. Earlier this year, English actor, Tom Hiddleston, also talked about this matter.

What did Tom Hiddleston say about Andy Murray?

Hiddleston, who is a fan of Andy Murray, feels the pain of watching him play marathon encounters with a metal hip. During an interview earlier this year, he voiced his concern on the same.

Talking about this, he said,  “Andy Murray, five-sets. Four in the morning, a metal hip. It was absolutely grueling and I thought I’d lost several years of my life just from the anxiety of watching him.” However,  Andy Murray seems to enjoy these comments.
