Serena Williams’ ex-coach, Patrick Mouratoglou, is indeed one of the most influential tennis coaches around the world. He often shares his knowledge about the game on his social media. In 2014, he created a foundation called Champ’Seed foundation with a desire to help tennis players who don’t have financial stability. Many players from that foundation have become great players on the tour, including Stefanos Tsitsipas, Coco Gauff, and others.

An unforgettable night celebrating the 8th anniversary of the Champ’seed Foundation, whose philosophy is to bring together people who have succeeded in life – the donors – with young tennis kids with huge upside. I can’t wait for the next generations of players to follow in the footsteps of Stefanos, Coco & Holger.”

It is worth noting that, in his caption, he mentioned the name of Stefanos Tsitsipas, Coco Gauff, and Holger Rune. Coincidentally, they came from the same foundation, as Mouratoglou is one of the reasons for their rise on the tour. While Tsitsipas already is a superstar, Gauff and Rune are slowly making their marks on the tour. Recently at the French Open, Gauff played the final, and Rune reached the quarter-final as well.
