Chris Evert, the legendary American tennis player, was known for her ability to remain calm under pressure. However, even she couldn’t help but laugh at a cheeky comment made by Andy Murray. He recently played a marathon five-set match at the Australian Open 2023. The match was a thrilling one for all the fans. Both players gave their all in an attempt to secure a spot in the finals.

When compared to Murray’s grueling journey, which took more than 10 1/2 hours earlier in the week, this match’s ending time of 3 1/2 hours appeared quite brief. In the first round on Tuesday, he defeated 13th-seeded Matteo Berrettini in a five-set match. In the second round, which started on Thursday night and ended just before 4 a.m. on Friday, he defeated Thanasi Kokkinakis in a second five-set match.
