Sharing this clip, Tennis TV wrote- “cryptic” with a thinking smiley. This French ATP pro recently defeated Dusan Lajovic to enter the tournament’s second round. While his fans were still surprised by this amazing victory, Monfils intrigued them more with his surprising sign on the camera.

This French tennis star previously also spoke about his love for his wife Elina Svitolina. He also delighted his fans’ hearts by picking Svitolina’s smile, happiness, and success as Monfils’s favorite memory from last year. After that, fans were assured that this celebrity tennis couple was deeply in love. In 2022, they also welcomed a baby and named her Skaii.

Monfils’s feelings after winning against Lajovic and entering into the ongoing Miami Open’s second round

Gael Monfils defeated Dusan Lajovic by 7-6(5) and 6-4. In this match of one hour and thirty-two minutes, this ATP star made a successful 25 winners with 10 errors to finally bag the victory. Monfils expressed his dedication and intense aspiration to win the match. He said– “I knew Dusan from the back would be tough to move. He’s such a good hitter from both wings, so my serve had to be really good today to have free points, not to get too long in the rallies, And then from the back, I tried to put as many balls in as I could, tried to play with him. I’ve been just lucky. Just a little bit better than him today, But it’s always tough.”

He further added: “He’s a good friend of mine, we’ve been practising quite a lot together and it’s always very close matches. Tonight I had a little bit more luck, but it could have been easily his match.”
