But that’s not it; Alcaraz recently made a huge revelation regarding his goal after successfully defeating the 23-time Grand Slam champion on the tennis court.
In a recent interview after his Wimbledon victory, the 2022 US Open champion revealed his bold intention for the future while he sets his eye on the 36-year-old tennis player. He said, “I still consider Novak the best. I have to beat him more than once or twice. Probably for other players, I’m the best. I’m the target for everyone right now. But I have Novak on my eyes. I really want to play more against him.”

Further, he talked about how winning Wimbledon is a special feeling. But defeating the Serbian tennis player, who has 23 Grand Slam titles, was just an unexpected happy feeling. Nevertheless, the Spaniard’s victory against the 36-year-old tennis star turned out to be a part of the historic moments that are created in the tennis arena.
However, Djokovic is not the only player; Alcaraz has taken on the 14th day of Wimbledon. After his memorable victory at the age of 20, the Spaniard created a similar record, just like the American tennis star, Venus Williams.

Carlos Alcaraz’s Wimbledon feat created a record
The 20-year-old tennis player’s incredible Wimbledon performance fell short of breaking a record that was set by WTA great Martina Hingis when she was just 16 years old. However, winning a Wimbledon at the age of 20 put him in an elite group with the seven-time Grand Slam champion, both of whom had already won their first Wimbledon titles.
In 2000, the 43-year-old American tennis pro won her maiden Wimbledon championship after overcoming Hingis. In a manner similar to how the Spaniard overcame the 23-time Grand Slam champion, he secured his second major championship.
