Undoubtedly, the French Open is one of the most unique Grand Slam tournaments in the world and is not far away from us. In the past, this tournament gave us many stars, and some players made it their fortress, like Rafael Nadal. Remarkably, the 35-year-old Spaniard won this tournament 13 times and is all set to go for his 14th. However, there was an injury concern for him as he aggravated his previous foot injury at the recently concluded Italian Open. Along with Nadal, there are also a few other players who will likely miss the French Open 2022 due to injuries.

Despite the foot injury, Nadal will play through the pain. The 21-time Grand Slam will look for his 22nd Major at this tournament. Meanwhile, 20-time Grand Slam winner and the winner of the 2009 French Open title, Roger Federer is still recovering from knee surgery. As a result, he will miss the French Open this season.
