However, the two players have been dating since early 2020, and we cannot completely rule out the possibility of an engagement either. Regardless of the possibility of the news, De Minaur will not leave the Aussie slam unhappy. Prior to the slam, he was asked about when he plans on proposing to his girlfriend.

De Minaur shares proposal plans

Comedian Ash Williams posed De Minaur with the question of proposing to his girlfriend before the first slam of the year began. De Minaur replied, “Jeez. Putting me on the spot here.” He further said, “Yeah, it’s not on the cards just yet. Not ruling it out. For the time being, I’m going to try to focus on playing tennis and then we’ll think about the off-court activities.”

Williams then asked him if he would do it if he won the Australian Open. De Minaur replied by saying it would be a good way to celebrate. Maybe the moment has already happened. What do you think the ring entails? Will they announce the news of their nuptials soon?
