Apart from being a successful businessman, Serena Williams’ husband Alexis Ohanian is a tennis fan as well. He often comes to stadiums to support his wife and also keeps an eye on all the important tennis matches as well. Recently, he posted something on his Twitter handle that might make Stefanos Tsitsipas really happy and shocked at the same time.

Alexis has a unique habit of collecting sports cards, mostly of tennis players. He has been collecting them for a very long time now and has old sports cards of his wife Serena Williams and her sister Venus Williams as well.

Interestingly, he also found an NFT card of World No.5 Stefanos Tsitsipas in his collection and he shared that on his Twitter handle. It was when Tsitsipas was playing at the Wimbledon Championships 2018 and he really looked like a kid back then.

“My friend you look like a baby lion here. I think this is the rookie card?” wrote Alexis in the caption.

This can definitely be a rookie card since Tsitsipas was just 19-years-old at the time of the Wimbledon Championships 2018. However, even the makers were sure that he would become a sensational star one day as they wrote-‘Next Gen Rising Star’ over it.

Tsitsipas has been the most consistent player in the 2021 tennis season so far. The Greek player recently won the Monte Carlo Masters 2021 title and ended as the runner-up of the Barcelona Open 2021 losing to Rafael Nadal in the finals.

The World No.5 player reached the semis of the Australian Open 2021 where Daniil Medvedev thrashed him. He also ended as the runner-up of the Mexican Open 2021.

Interestingly, Tsitsipas has earned the most points in the ATP rankings in 2021 so far. He is at the top of the list and can surely end the year with the most points.
